Job Description
- Preferably a lady;
- Experienced and knowledgeable about Labor laws and labor relations;
- Familiar with nuances of hospital operations and organizational culture;
- Proactive, tactful, assertive, critical thinker with excellent leadership skills;
- Skilled in personnel development and effective communication;
- Capable of strategic HR management reporting to top management;
- Preferably a resident of San Pedro, Laguna or nearby areas;
We seek a long-term management relationship and require honesty, reliability, and good health.
