Job Description
- Must have 7 years work experience as HR Manager
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Equivalent
- Formulating and improving the company’s recruitment system and training system
- Training plans, organized personnel, and employee evaluation
- Ensure compliance with employment – related laws and regulations. Responsible for handling various matters related to labor contracts.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meeting, terminations, and investigation.
- Conduct periodic performance management exercise, compensation structure and competitiveness review salary review.
- Payroll (Compensation Benefits)
- Resolving Conflicts in a professional and ethical approach
- Handling Employee Issues and Assisting them in counseling employees.
- Manages all department task.
