Job Description
Job brief: We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Manage recruitment and selection
- Support business needs through human capital development
- Oversee HR strategies and systems
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Manage performance appraisal and benefits program
- Assess training needs and monitor programs
Requirements and skills:
- Proven HR managerial experience
- People-oriented and results-driven
