Job Description
Job Summary:
As an HR Manager, you will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process
- Foster positive work environment
- Provide guidance on performance management
- Ensure compliance with laws/policies
- Manage compensation and benefits
- Analyze HR data and recommend improvements
- Enhance employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years’ HR managerial experience

- Excellent communication and relationship-building
