Job Description
Jathnier Corporation is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 5-7 years in HR roles, including 2-3 years in a managerial position. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are preferred.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month, along with benefits like paid training and a 13th-month salary. Candidates should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and proficiency in HRIS systems.
