Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: Php70,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs
- Developing updated timekeeping, benefits and HR policies and procedures, and contracts
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the HR department
- Administering the company’s compensation program, including government contributions and HMO plans
- Resolving employee concerns and maintaining labor relations
- Overseeing talent recruitment programs and employee training
- Administering health, safety, and security programs
- Planning team-building activities and company events
- Willingness to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
