Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the human resources department and ensuring the smooth running of all HR operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing and selecting candidates.
- Conducting interviews and negotiations with potential hires.
- Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Managing employee performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching.
- Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
- Overseeing payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in human resources management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
