Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources operations within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition
- Administer and monitor employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation systems
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and keep HR systems up to date
