Job Description

Qualifications:

• Must be a degree holder in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.
• Willing to handle 3 properties – Manila, Cebu, El Nido.
• Must have at least five (5) years’ experience in all functional areas of HR such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits administration, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Performance Management, and Organization Development, preferably in a supervisory/assistant manager level in a hotel setting.
• Has the ability to interpret, communicate, apply, and administer a variety of company policies in relation to staff and operational requests.
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Displays independence, initiative, ownership, and leadership.

Job Description:

• Knowledgeable in all HR facets such as Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, etc.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
