Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization’s human resources activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Overseeing employee performance management and appraisal systems, while ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Coordinating and conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
