Job Description
NETL BPO SERVICES INC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing performance management programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and have prior experience in HR management. Strong communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency in HRIS are essential. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is highly preferred.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Php60,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month.
