Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Address employee relations and grievances
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Support business needs through human capital development
- Develop HR strategies and monitor tactics across the organization
- Nurture a positive work environment
- Oversee performance appraisal system
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess and monitor training needs
- Ensure legal compliance in HR management
Requirements and Skills
- Proven HR managerial experience
- Results-driven and people-oriented
- Experience in HR metrics and databases
- Ability to architect strategy and leadership skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
