Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Provide feedback and implement improvement plans.
- Implement training and development programs.
- Facilitate organizational change and manage transitions.
- Utilize HR metrics to measure effectiveness of HR programs.
- Collaborate with departments to support strategic objectives.
- Manage and allocate the unit’s budget effectively.
- Support the HR Services Team as needed.
