Job Description
Position Overview: The HR Manager will lead the HR department, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php45,00 – Php50,00 per month
