Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize company policies, organization charts, and employee directory, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Continuously monitor and review HR policy and procedures to drive performance and alignment between HR strategy and company business initiatives. Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews, create a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys. Provide guidance and feedback to the management team using performance management tools.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities. Implement learning and development policies.
- Handle complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of HR supervisor or manager experience. Manufacturing company experience preferred.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and data operating & analysis.
