Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and optimize company policies, organization charts, and employee directory, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  2. Continuously monitor and review HR policy and procedures to drive performance and alignment between HR strategy and company business initiatives. Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies.
  3. Conduct performance and salary reviews, create a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys. Provide guidance and feedback to the management team using performance management tools.
  4. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  5. Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities. Implement learning and development policies.
  6. Handle complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
  7. Provide support and guidance to HR staff.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  3. 4+ years of HR supervisor or manager experience. Manufacturing company experience preferred.
  4. Familiarity with local laws and regulations.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office software and data operating & analysis.
