Job Description:
The HR Manager will help set up the HR team and is in charge of HR operations which includes recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and admin.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in HR in a Generalist role
- Preferably with exposure to the hotel industry
- Supervisory or managerial experience
- Experience in setting up or starting the HR department of a company is a plus
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding, creating contracts, 201 filing)
- Experience in employee relations (incident reports, NTE, memo, DOLE concerns, exit interviews, creating COE)
- Experience in timekeeping and monitoring tardiness, absences, and leaves
- Knowledgeable in payroll
- Willing to work in Dona Vicenta Village, Davao City
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays

Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types:
