Job Description
WONESE Phils Inc is seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Training and Performance Management. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- A graduate of any related course
- Ten (10) years of experience in HR functions, focusing on Performance Management and Training & Development
- Five (5) years of HR leadership experience
- Experience in financial institution industries
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Available to start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8 hour shift
