Job Description
Yan Yan International Inc is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance our human resources operations. This role involves planning, organizing, and prioritizing the work of HR and Admin personnel, while supervising and supporting their daily tasks.
Your responsibilities will include preparing employee time records for payroll, implementing recruitment and training procedures, and maintaining personnel files for compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources management.
This is a full-time position based in Caloocan City, with a competitive salary range from Php20,084.30 to Php51,532.45 per month.
