Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement HR strategies. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring labor regulation compliance. The HR Manager will play a key role in employee development and performance management. Requirements: excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, degree in HR or related field, and at least 5 years of HR management experience.
