Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of HR Manager/Supervisor. This role will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations within our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Overseeing performance management and employee development programs
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team. A minimum of [X years] of HR experience is required, with prior experience in a supervisory role preferred.
