Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment; sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants
- Collecting pre-employment documents and 201 filing
- Onboarding of new hires
- Timekeeping, tracking attendance and leaves
- Benefits administration
- Employee relations; issuing NTE and memos
- Conducting exit interviews, processing clearance
Job requirements:
- Graduate of psychology, behavioral science, HR, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in HR in a generalist function
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Google Workspace
- Willing to work on Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Experience:
- Recruitment: 2 years (Preferred)
- Employee relations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Government benefits processing: 1 year (Preferred)
