Job Description
AAI Worldwide Logistics Inc. is actively seeking a motivated HR Officer to enhance our dynamic team. We invite applications from college graduates with relevant experience in recruitment and training, ideally within the HR sector. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and creating effective training programs.
Ideal candidates will exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and familiarity with HRIS systems. This full-time, permanent position is located in Muntinlupa, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php24,00.00.
