Job Description

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
- Working knowledge in personality assessment
- Computer literate
- 2-3 years of general HR experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Knowledge in handling people and labor relations
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Systematic, detailed, and highly organized
- Able to handle pressure well and can deal with all levels
Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, overtime pay, performance bonus.
