Job Description
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in Human Resources? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer/Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Process and maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on employee metrics and trends.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
