Job Description
Job Brief: We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to oversee talent recruitment, support, and development by establishing policies and managing procedures. Your role will involve administrative tasks to enhance our company’s work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Counseling on policies and procedures
- Active involvement in recruitment processes
- Creation of onboarding plans
- Designing training programs
- Assistance in performance management
- Management of disciplinary and grievance matters
- Record maintenance in compliance with policies
- Ensuring legal compliance in employment conditions
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven HR experience
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Understanding of labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ethical and reliable conduct
- HR credentials are advantageous
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
