Job Description
Astoria Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced HR Officer to develop and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with laws, and assist with employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities include organizing training sessions, maintaining a positive work environment, and assisting with compliance requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
