Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s human resources, from recruitment and employee onboarding to performance evaluation and employee relations.
Your main duties will include advertising job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates that align with the company’s values and goals. You will also be required to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
In addition, you will handle employee training and development programs, facilitate conflict resolution, and manage employee benefits and leave requests. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
If you have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 3 years of proven experience in HR, we would love to hear from you. Proficiency in HR management software and strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations are also required for this position.
