Job Description
Job Description:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations;
- Work closely with departments to implement policies;
- Update employee records and prepare reports;
- Coordinate HR projects and meetings;
- Handle employee requests and payroll preparation;
- Conduct orientation and recruit staff.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources;
- At least 2 years of HR experience;
- Knowledge of labor law is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
