Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and personnel records management.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and promoting a positive work environment. Your duties will involve screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating employee onboarding, assisting with performance management, and facilitating employee training and development.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and handling employee inquiries and grievances.
