Job Description
The HR Officer is responsible for managing the human resources activities of the company. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. The HR Officer will also be involved in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the HR Officer will work closely with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are also required.
