We are looking for a motivated HR Officer Generalist to oversee vital HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws at our Magalang location.
Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and onboarding, address employee inquiries, support performance assessments, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle HR administration tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3 years of HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with HR software.
