Job Description
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
- Responsible for all site administrative functions
- Responsible for all site manpower documentation and human relations process
- In-charge of monitoring all site new work permits and licenses process
- Monitors site staff attendance, time management, and standard functions
- Coordinates with the company management on any updates and information
- Monitors project site worker’s documentation process, issues, and human-related concerns
- Monitors site progress and actual accomplishments with regards to the human relations approach
- Performs all tasks assigned by the superior from time to time
Qualifications:
- Education/Certification: Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or AB/BS Psychology
- Experience: Must have 6 months to 1 year working experience in a Construction Company
Required Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable in Human Relations approach and processes
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Skills/Abilities:
- Keen attention to details
- Able to multitask
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- *Willing to be assigned in Samal IGACOS Project
Salary: Php20,00.00 (Probationary rate)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
