Job Description
Required Skills (Functional / Technical)
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (SAP-HR, HRIS, Microsoft Outlook & Office application, Excel (advance), Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in the preparation and presentation of analysis and reports.
- Experience in payroll processing and analysis is preferred.
- Resourceful and systematic.
Required Qualification / Experience
- A degree holder in Psychology/Accountancy or any related course.
- Able to work with minimum supervision under extreme pressure.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- SAP knowledgeable
- Undergone training in salary administration, target selection, labor relations, & train the trainers.
- Has experience in salary management tool such as Mercer
Purpose of the Position
- The position shall be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating and implementing Compensation and Benefits programs, policies and guidelines to develop and ensure a highly motivated and skilled employee force; Key areas of responsibility include new hire processing, separations, salary & benefits administration and providing timely information in the SAP system.
- He/She shall create and distribute a variety of reports and statistical summary data and shall partner with Local line managers regarding employee payroll, time records, salary & benefits administration and reinforce company policies.
- He/she will coordinate with the Regional Rewards & Recognition counterparts for salary & benefits report requirements & submission to ensure alignment and compliance.
- He/She will also provide payroll & benefits statistical data to Head of HR as reference for Compensation, Benefits, Rewards & Recognition programs, and policies. Reference shall also be made with prevailing market trends and practices through Mercer.
- He/she shall ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements on designated responsibilities.
