Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
- Responsibilities include managing DTR, timekeeping, billings, payroll, reports, and HR document safekeeping.
- Coordinate with agencies and handle employee concerns.
- Organize company activities and perform other tasks assigned.
- Location: Quezon City
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
