Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Officer – Compensation & Benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering our company’s compensation and benefits programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to ensure fair and competitive pay structures
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives
- Manage the annual performance review process and assist in performance and salary adjustments
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
