Job Description
The position shall be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating and implementing Compensation and benefits programs, policies and guidelines to develop and ensure a highly motivated and skilled employee force. Key areas of responsibility include new hire processing, separations, salary & benefits administration, and providing timely information in the SAP system.
He/she shall create and distribute a variety of reports and statistical summary data and shall partner with local line managers regarding employee payroll, time records, salary & benefits administration, and reinforce company policies.
He/she will coordinate with the Regional rewards and recognition counterparts for salary & benefits report requirements & submission to ensure alignment and compliance.
He/she will also provide payroll & benefits statistical data to the Head of HR and ensure compliance with all policies are implemented.
