Position Overview: The HR Officer will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. Candidate should have 1+ year HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment support
• Employee onboarding/offboarding
• Maintain HR records
• Assist in training sessions
• Address employee inquiries
• Implement HR policies
• Engage in company culture activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1+ year in HR role
• Strong HR knowledge
• Organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software

Preferred Skills:

• HR certification
