Job Description
- Sourcing of applicants through various job portals
- Conducting preliminary interviews for Rank & File, Officer, and Manager-level positions
- Scheduling interviews for Department Heads, HR Managers, and Top Management
- Providing pre-employment requirements and medical referrals to qualified applicants
- Coordinating and updating applicants regarding application/status
- Preparing and obtaining approval for Job Offers, Contracts, and Notices of Personnel Action
- Coordinating with partner clinic for medical results
- Assisting in the re-validation process for Sales Managers and Property Specialists
- Orienting and introducing newly hired employees to existing staff
- Updating the company’s LinkedIn account for job advertisements
- Monitoring probationary, project-based, and casual employees for evaluation purposes
- Issuing Notices of Personnel Action for regularization, contract renewal, or termination
- Updating plantilla, organizational chart, masterlist of Euro Towers, and Euro Capital
- Releasing interoffice memorandums
- Maintaining office supplies
- Conducting inventory and preparing reports in a timely manner
- Ensuring proper functioning of office equipment through preventive maintenance
- Checking and endorsing Notices of Personnel Action (NPA) and employment contracts to HR Manager for final review
- Verifying completeness of documents in the newly created 201 File
