Job Description
– Graduate of Bachelors Degree
– Have experience in HR works
– Computer literate
– Can start ASAP
– Prepares DAS summary and timekeeping of direct hires before endorsement to the HR Manager for final checking and review;
– Ensures that all resigned employees have completed the exit clearance; no pending accountabilities or any outstanding balance should be properly endorsed to the agency partners subject last pay deduction
– Handles compensation and benefits
– Coordinates with the agency partners for all the mandatory benefits concerns of the staff; any forms submitted by the employees must be submitted to the agency partners
– Assists in the implementation of the HR policies; accompanies the HR Manager in the routine area visit
– Assists in the design, development, and delivery of the strategic and operation of the HR services in the project
– Assists the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensures compliance of all staff
