Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team, with a focus on Learning and Development. As the HR Officer for Learning and Development, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Your duties will include conducting training needs assessments, coordinating training sessions, monitoring the effectiveness of training programs, and collaborating with department managers to ensure the learning needs of employees are met.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for employee development. Prior experience in learning and development is preferred.
