Job Description
As an HR Officer for Learning and Development, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying training needs and assessing the effectiveness of current programs.
- Collaborating with department managers to develop and implement training initiatives.
- Creating engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning courses, videos, and job aids.
- Facilitating training workshops and seminars.
- Evaluating training outcomes and making necessary adjustments to optimize the learning experience.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant training regulations and requirements.
