Job Description
- Monitors employee practices and observance of HR policies and Code of Conduct
- Organizes, updates, and maintains comprehensive employee files
- Leads employee engagement activities
- Assists in identifying training needs and developing training plans
- Forecasts hiring needs and ensures smooth recruitment process
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
