Job Description
Grand Land Inc. is seeking a motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening and scheduling interviews, orienting new hires to company policies, and maintaining accurate attendance records. You will play a key role in implementing employee relations programs and managing the off-boarding process for exiting employees.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management, a solid grasp of HR principles, and exceptional communication skills are required. Salary Range: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.
