Job Description
Job Brief:
We are looking for a reliable HR Officer who can efficiently administer all employee benefit programs and is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation, and has a wide extensive exposure in payroll management and checking statutory benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process
- Prepare performance management process
- Handle benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures
- Manage enrollment, cancellation, and determine employee eligibility for different company benefits
- Assume responsibility for the timely payment of required government monthly premiums
- Handle payroll from checking to payroll processing
- Perform other related compensation & benefits tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits management
- Extensive knowledge in processing government remittances
- Exhibits adeptness in dealing with numbers and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge in labor and/or employment laws is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills, results-driven with a strong sense of integrity
- Proficient in MS Office suite
