Job Description

Perform essential HR Officer duties, including but not limited to:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Manage employee compensation benefits administration and address employee inquiries.
• Support performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance evaluations.
• Assist in organizing training and development initiatives for employees.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in HR Officer position, preferably in recruitment, onboarding, Employee Relations, or general HR administration.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to work in our Main Office located at Pasay.
