Job Description
Joyce & Diana Worldwide Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting job descriptions, advertising job openings, managing the recruitment process, orienting new hires, and tracking employee performance to ensure workplace satisfaction.
This role also includes overseeing employee health and safety, implementing staff development programs, and managing payroll and benefits.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary range of Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00. The schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, and the position requires in-person attendance.
