Job Description
Makati Business Central Foods Corp. is on the lookout for a motivated HR Officer to oversee our recruitment and selection processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting qualified applicants while ensuring compliance with JTC Company hiring standards.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with labor laws.
- Experience with HRIS or HRMS.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
