SalesPond Group is dedicated to identifying and scaling various B2B businesses. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team in our Manila office. This role supports administrative functions, HR initiatives, and acts as the Manila office manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, employee records maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Organize training sessions and HR events, ensure policy compliance.
- Handle administrative and office management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience in MNCs, Recruitment, HR, and admin.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, proactive, and team player.
