Job Description
SUCCESSU INTERNATIONAL INC. is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to report directly to the HR Manager. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to enhancing employee relations. Your key responsibilities will include aiding in recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring accurate employee compensation and benefits, and developing programs that foster workplace equality, health, and safety.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include extra leave, company events, life insurance, and opportunities for promotion. We are looking for a candidate who is honest, reliable, and well-versed in DOLE regulations.
