Job Description
- Manage HR documentation including employee files, contracts and payroll records
- Assist with all aspects of onboarding processes, orientation, checking and monitoring of pre-employment requirements
- Assist in administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience as an HR and Admin
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in using MS Excel
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Can start immediately
Job Types: Permanent, New-Grad, Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
